Employee Assistance Program

Earnhardt Management Company provides an employee assistance program (EAP) to all benefits-eligible employees and their family members at no cost through Sun Life Financial. The EAP is a free, strictly confidential service that includes 24/7 online and telephonic counseling and up to three free face-to-face visits per person, per issue, per year with a licensed counselor.

The free EAP can help you with:

  • Legal guidance

  • Other personal concerns

Please take the time to carefully review your plan options before making your benefit elections or making changes to your elections if you experience a qualifying life event.

For new employees, benefits will be effective the first of the month following two months of employment.
