Earnhardt Management Company offers a vision insurance plan through EyeMed. You have the freedom to choose any vision provider. However, you will maximize the plan benefits when you choose a network provider. Locate an EyeMed network provider at eyemed.com.

Please take the time to carefully review your plan options before making your benefit elections or making changes to your elections if you experience a qualifying life event.

For new employees, benefits will be effective the first of the month following two months of employment.

You can complete changes to current elections or enroll in new coverage directly through UltiPro by accessing here.  You can also complete all new elections/changes to current benefit elections by completing the universal enrollment form and submitting to hrbenefits@earnhardt.com. You can access the fillable form by clicking here.  You can also download the printable form by clicking here.
