Understanding your benefits and knowing how to use them is just as important as having access to them. Review this guide to learn about the benefits available to you for the 2024 plan year (January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024). Then, choose the options that are best for you and your family.

Who is Eligible?

If you work at least 30 hours per week, you are eligible for benefits on the first day of the month following your date of hire.

You are eligible for short-term disability and FMLA after 12 months of employment. Many of the plans allow you to cover your eligible dependents, which include:

  • Your legal spouse.
  • Your children to age 26, regardless of student, marital, or tax-dependent status (including a stepchild, legally-adopted child, a child placed with you for adoption, or a child for whom you are the legal guardian).
  • Your dependent children of any age who are physically or mentally unable to care for themselves.

Who Pays?

Some benefits are 100% paid by Isola, while others require that you contribute.

OPEN ENROLLMENT FOR YOUR 2024 BENEFITS BEGINS ON 11/8 AND ENDS ON 12/8

YOU HAVE THREE WAYS TO ENROLL:

  1. Call 833-919-2521 (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST). Benefit counselors are standing by to assist you.
  2. Schedule an appointment below with a benefits counselor during the enrollment period.
  3. Self-enroll by logging into benefits.plansource.com/login. Your username is the first initial of your first name, up to the first 6 letters of your last name, and the last four digits of your social security number. (Taylor Williams, 1234, would be twillia1234). Your initial password is your birthday in the YYYYMMDD format. If you encounter problems, please call 833-919-2521.
