P.F. Chang’s comprehensive benefits package includes financial protection for you and your family in the event of an accident or death.
BASIC LIFE AND AD&D INSURANCE
P.F. Chang’s automatically provides basic life and AD&D insurance through Reliance Matrix to Restaurant Management and GSC Team Members AT NO COST. If you die as a result of an accident, your beneficiary would receive both the life benefit and the AD&D benefit. Please be sure to keep your beneficiary designations up to date in Workday.
Eligibility for each class will be determined by your position. Your eligible class will automatically be assigned.
- Class 1: $50,000
- Class 2: $1.5x annual earnings up to $500,000
- Class 3: $75,000
- Class 4: $52,500
Depending on your personal situation, basic life and AD&D insurance might not be enough coverage for your needs. To protect those who depend on you for financial security, you may want to purchase supplemental coverage.
