HOLIDAYS

SAFEbuilt currently provides the following paid holidays each year. Management may elect to add additional days or rearrange scheduled holiday days depending on when the holiday occurs in the year. The holidays are:

New Year’s Day
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Veteran’s Day
Thanksgiving Day
Day after Thanksgiving
Christmas Day
Christmas Eve Day

PAID TIME OFF (PTO)

PTO combines vacation, sick days, and personal time and it is up to the employee to use it as needed, with appropriate approvals. PTO for full-time employees will accrue with each two-week pay period as follows:

Up to 5 years of service: 120 hours per year
More than 5 years, up to 10 years of service: 160 hours per year
More than 10 years of service: 200 hours per year

Please follow the instructions below to enroll during open enrollment:

Log into UKG, then:

Select the menu tab “Myself”
Select "Benefits"
Select “Manage my Benefits”
Follow the prompts. There are a multitude of materials available as you walk through the process, including detailed plan booklets.
Be sure to review your beneficiary designations to ensure records are up to date.
