(No waiting period for recovery from childbirth or new child bonding).

Medical Leave - You may receive up to 12 weeks of medical leave for recovery or treatment for your own serious health condition described as an illness, injury, impairment, or physical or mental condition that involves inpatient care in a hospital, hospice, or residential medical care facility, including any period of incapacity, including recovery from childbirth.

Family Leave - You could receive up to 12 weeks of family leave to bond with your child during the first 12 months of birth or placement, to care of a qualifying family member who is ill or injured, or because of a qualifying military exigency as permitted under FMLA.
